Package Protection (Optional)
We offer optional package protection at checkout through Route. If selected, your order will be protected against loss, theft, or damage during transit. In the event of an issue, claims can be filed directly through Route for quick resolution and replacement or reimbursement.

If package protection is not selected, Kinis By Carter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
