Refund policy

Effective March 2026

We now offer returns for store credit.

Customers have 10 consecutive days after delivery date to request a return via email (contact@kinisbycarter.com).

Returns are processed in the form of store credit only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for return shipping postage.

All merchandise returned must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Have hygienic liners and tags attached

  • Show no signs of wear, including makeup, oils, deodorant, perfumes, or stains

Our team reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet these standards, and unacceptable merchandise will be mailed back to the sender.

Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, store credit will be issued to your account within 3 business days.

Final Sale Items & Discounts:
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit. Items purchased with a discount of 30% or more are also considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or store credit.
